October Relaxation Session

We are all very good at being there to support other people, but what about for ourselves? When is the last time you took time out for you? Come along to a morning relaxation session where Tessa will guide you connect to your yourself, your inner wisdom and guidance. 

This session is for those who seek more clarity, understanding or relaxation in their lives.

This session will be held on Saturday October 2nd at 10am – 11am via Zoom

What the session will include:

⭐ Guided meditation to connect to your higher self

⭐Understanding the current planet movements and how they are are affecting us

⭐ Chakra explanation and alignment

⭐ Oracle card guidance to provide awareness and clarity

⭐ Understanding the importance of journaling and how it can benefit your day to day life

⭐ Conscious conversations to gain awarenesses and understanding across different aspects of your life

⭐ Small group workshop for intimate and meaningful connections

⭐ The meditation will be recorded and available for 7 days.
